Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact with customers via phone and email, delivering friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in finding solutions, answer questions about HVAC services, and understand concerns.
• Schedule service appointments by coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely service.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, technicians, and teammates to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
• Keep accurate records of conversations, service requests, transactions, and feedback.
• Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when needed.
