Qualifications

• 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience (call center or similar preferred).
• Dispatching experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency with scheduling or CRM software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar).
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling HVAC or plumbing service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians based on availability, skillset, and priority of service requests.
• Coordinate with the service team to adjust schedules in real-time.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job updates in our scheduling software.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction.
• Support general office duties as needed.
