Job summary

ARS is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to drive residential sales with pre-qualified leads and no cold calling. You will visit customers at their homes, present options, close deals in a one-call process, and earn uncapped commissions with six-figure potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales and One-Call-Close for residential in-home buyers.
• Proven sales track record and competitive spirit.
• Ability to work weekends and follow-up effectively.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Sales driven closer acting as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
• Drive to sales locations, meet customers in their homes, evaluate and present options.
