Job summary

Anytime Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to grow our client base and deliver exceptional service. This role offers uncapped commissions with a proven $200K–$300K earning potential in the first year, plus a company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits.

You can work from home, with no mandatory office reporting, while maintaining strong client relationships and detailed estimates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Prefer experience in estimating mechanical labor and material costs.
• Strong relationship-building and revenue-generating skills.
• Driver's License (required).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement the best solutions for clients' HVAC needs.
• Conduct building load calculations.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work and accurate project estimates.
• Stay informed about manufacturer incentives, tax credits, and rebates.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
