ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor in the Aurora, CO area to drive residential sales from pre-qualified leads. You will meet clients at their homes, present options, and close deals in a one-call close, with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record, are comfortable in a home-sales environment, and can work weekends. Training is provided and benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time

Qualifications

Experience in Outside Sales, One-Call-Close in a residential in-home environment.
Experience in skilled trades business model is preferred; HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, etc.
Proven sales track record & competitive spirit.
Ability to work weekends.
Excellent organizational skills and follow-up.
Working knowledge of MS Office Products.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background check.

Responsibilities

Sales driven closer that will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
Drive to sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes and evaluate and present options.
Commitment to relationship selling and earning repeat business through one-call-close.
Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and exceptional customer service.
