ARS-Rescue Rooter in San Diego is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. You will work with 100% pre-qualified leads, with no canvassing or cold calling required, and we train you to succeed.

This is an uncapped commission role with six-figure earning potential, a company vehicle and gas card, and a full benefits package. Stable year-round work, 401(k) and extensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in a residential setting is preferred.
• One-call-close closing ability is essential.
• Experience working in a residential in-home environment is a plus.
• Proven sales track record with targets.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• MS Office proficiency is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
• Meet with customers in their homes to evaluate and present options.
• Sell with a relationship approach to earn repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering great customer service.
• Operate in an uncapped commission environment to maximize earnings.
