Hill York Service Company seeks a driven Account Manager to accelerate growth through the sale of service and maintenance agreements across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. This hunter-focused role develops new business, expands existing accounts, and delivers profitable revenue growth.

A proactive seller thrives in a fast-paced environment with targets and a competitive compensation package including base pay, car allowance, and uncapped commissions.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to network, generate leads, close deals, and manage customer relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify, target, and secure new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build a robust sales pipeline and manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies.
• Research and identify decision makers within target organizations and develop strategies to engage them.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close service agreements at profitable margins.
• Maintain regular customer touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
