Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields with 2+ years of PM/estimating experience and leadership in mechanical service operations.

Responsibilities

• Review service tickets (time, materials, photos, equipment) to ensure work matches descriptions and standards.
• Clarify technical information with technicians as needed.
• Report quality issues and drive resolutions with management.
• Develop quotes based on technician recommendations, unit age/condition, and standards.
• Extract pull-through work from service calls and preventative maintenance visits.
• Maintain quality and cost control of quoted projects throughout scope of work.
