G.E. Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Technical Service Advisor in Vineland, NJ, to ensure service quality and guide technicians. You will review tickets, provide technical guidance, and confirm completeness before invoicing, bridging field work and customer handoff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5 years' experience in mechanical service, field estimating, or related area.
• Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management with 2+ years in PM/estimating and leadership in mechanical services.

Responsibilities

• Review service tickets for accuracy against descriptions and standards.
• Communicate with technicians to clarify technical information.
• Report quality issues to management and assist resolutions.
• Prepare quotes based on technician input, unit age, and standards.
• Extract pull-through work from service and preventive maintenance visits.
• Oversee cost and quality control of quoted projects to meet standards.
• Build relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Explain quoted work to customers to aid informed decisions.
• Coordinate with service team if quotes are approved.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with team to manage calls, workflows and customer journey.
• Organize documents and product information for reference.
