G.E. Mechanical, LLC invites applications for an HVAC/R Technical Service Advisor who will safeguard service quality and bridge field work with invoicing. You will review tickets, guide technicians, and ensure quotes reflect unit age, condition, and customer goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Five years of mechanical service or related field experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years PM/estimating experience and leadership in mechanical service operations.

Responsibilities

• Review service tickets for time, materials, and equipment to meet standards.
• Clarify technical details with technicians and escalate as needed.
• Report quality concerns and drive resolutions with management.
• Complete quotes based on recommendations and customer goals.
• Develop relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Stay current with evolving industry standards and tools.
