Job summary

Hussmann, a Panasonic USA subsidiary, seeks an Enterprise Sales/Account Manager in Phoenix to build relationships with decision-makers for HVAC/R contracting opportunities. You will lead projects from conception to completion, assemble and manage sales plans for the district, and report to the District Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Formal Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree OR five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Travel within region as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total account business reports and annual forecasts.
• Gather and validate information and perform facility walk-throughs to determine opportunity level.
• Estimate project and/or service agreements by analyzing equipment, controls, subcontractors, and services for each project.
• Prepare, negotiate, and review agreement/project scope.
• Ensure customer retention through renewal of service agreements and scheduling visits.
