Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America's leading HVACR distributor, seeks a Counter Sales Associate II to assist customers in-store and over the phone. You will guide product choices, provide technical information, and process quotes and orders, while maintaining store profitability and a positive, team-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have HVAC/R knowledge, solid customer service skills, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Front counter experience in wholesale/retail HVAC/R environment.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Ability to research parts, quote customers, and process orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selections and troubleshooting.
• Provide HVAC/R information, process quotes, and handle will-call orders.
• Recommend and source products to meet customer needs and promotions.
• Research stock across branches and coordinate transfer when needed.
• Enter orders, process warranties, and maintain records accurately.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Support inventory counts and pricing adherence.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, professional service in person or by phone.
