Johnstone Supply is seeking an experienced Counter Sales Associate III to serve customers at the counter, provide HVAC/R product information, and process orders with precision. The role emphasizes high-quality service, up-selling where appropriate, and teamwork to maintain store profitability.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, coordinating with warehouse teams, and ensuring accurate paperwork. A strong knowledge of HVAC/R products and forklift experience are preferred.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years wholesale/retail HVAC/R experience.
• Proven front counter experience and customer service excellence.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide high level service at the counter.
• Assist customers in selecting products and processing orders.
• Research parts, coordinate backorders, and manage pickups and returns.
• Handle quotes, warranties, and sales follow-ups with professionalism.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and inventory accuracy; train new associates as needed.
• Operate POS, use ERP and MS Office for reporting and records.
