Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ years of related experience in wholesale/retail
• Front line customer service experience required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and by phone, provide friendly service
• Assist with product selections by asking questions and listening to needs
• Recommend and order products, including substitutions and promotions
• Research products using POS, catalogs, websites, and contacts; coordinate transfers
• Process quotes, warranties, returns, and order paperwork accurately
• Follow up on information requests, delays, and delivery dates
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and displays; inventory checks
• Follow pricing structures and SOPs to hit sales targets
• Communicate lead and inventory information to sales staff and management
• Support warehouse duties and general store operations
