Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years in wholesale/retail HVAC/R environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide HVAC/R product information and technical support to customers.
• Assist customers in product selection and troubleshooting.
• Process quotes, warranties, orders, and returns accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and showroom appearance.
• Train new counter sales associates as needed.
• Meet sales targets and follow SOPs for pricing and process.
