Ideal candidates have 1+ year front-line customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience in wholesale/retail.
• Ability to recommend and upsell products to customers.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to research parts.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with product selections and troubleshooting.
• Researches products across catalogs, websites, and store systems to meet requests.
• Processes quotes, orders, returns, and other paperwork accurately.
• Maintains showroom appearance and conducts regular inventory checks.
