Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or equivalent with 3–5 years in facilities or HVAC services
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, piping for design, estimating and sales
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Estimate, engineer, and sell retrofit, repair, and replacement mechanical projects
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and collaborate with management and the sales team
• Provide knowledge and consultation developing HVAC system solutions including financial and performance-based options
• Be organized with strong time management to prioritize workload and grow key accounts
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities; coordinate sales team for projects
• Convert leads into opportunities by leading the sale process
• Develop relationships with buying influences within the customer’s organization
• Maintain a healthy rate of new sales and handle other duties as assigned
