Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, engineering technology or related field with 3–5 years' facilities or HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping for design, estimating and sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient math and financial analysis.
• Enjoy business development, networking and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, engineer, and sell retrofit, repair, and replacement mechanical projects.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and collaborate with management and sales teams.
• Provide knowledge and consultation developing HVAC system solutions including financial and performance-based options.
• Identify customer needs and develop action plans to grow accounts.
• Coordinate sales team and lead the sale process from leads to opportunities.
