Job summary

Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is seeking a Project Sales Engineer to provide knowledge and consultation of HVAC, piping and electrical systems. You will work with customers to deliver retrofit, repair, and replacement mechanical solutions, including financial and energy-based options.

You will identify opportunities, develop action plans, and lead cross-functional teams to close sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, piping design and sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, engineer, and sell retrofit, repair, and replacement mechanical projects.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and collaborate with management and sales team.
• Develop HVAC system solutions for customer problems including financial and performance-based options.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities, and lead sales team as needed.
