Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field with 3–5 years’ facilities/HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping design, estimating and sales.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, engineer, and sell retrofit, repair, and replacement mechanical projects.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and work with management and sales team.
• Develop HVAC system solutions including financial and performance-based options; schedule appointments with new customers.
