You will read drawings, assess systems, analyze lifecycle costs, and develop cost effective, high‑value options.

A related degree plus 4+ years of HVAC/mechanical sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Ability to understand and communicate energy savings associated with proposed solutions

Responsibilities

• Market turnkey retrofit solutions and develop proposals for commercial projects
• Estimate project requirements and prepare detailed, professional proposals
• Maintain thorough documentation of account activity and follow up on leads to build a strong pipeline
• Read drawings and evaluate life-cycle costs to propose cost-effective solutions
