Jobot is seeking an HVAC Project Sales professional to manage and expand projects in the assigned territory, driving sales growth. The role emphasizes leveraging HVAC expertise, strong account management, and the ability to meet targets while building lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC sales, solid negotiation skills, CRM experience, and the capacity to collaborate with technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B HVAC sales within construction.
• Proven outside sales, account and territory management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage HVAC knowledge to promote HVAC projects and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the territory.
• Monitor market and competitors; adjust sales strategies.
• Negotiate deals to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical team to tailor solutions.
• Prepare clear proposals/quotations for customers.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
