Solid Rock Recruiting is partnering with an established commercial mechanical contractor to hire a Service Sales/Account Manager in the Minneapolis area. You will hunt for new business, develop commercial accounts, and build long-term relationships to sell service and maintenance agreements to property managers, developers, and building owners.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales instincts, relationship skills, and resilience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales professional with hunter mentality and drive to succeed.
• Skilled at prospecting, cold calling, networking, and creating opportunities from scratch.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for complex deals.
• Able to manage a sales pipeline and consistently generate new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business and sell HVAC and plumbing service and maintenance agreements.
• Prospect for new commercial accounts and build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, building owners, and commercial customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase revenue.
• Conduct proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development to generate new business.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and coordinate with internal teams for a strong customer experience.
• Take ownership of sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
