Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Construction Account Executive in Minnesota to grow a commercial mechanical contractor's project opportunities. You will leverage your network of owners, developers, and general contractors to win design-build and negotiated work.

The role rewards an established book of business, heavy client-facing selling, and the ability to close opportunities from lead to award while collaborating with engineering and project teams.

Formación

• Proven commercial construction sales experience.
• Established book of business and industry relationships.
• Experience with negotiated and/or design-build projects preferred.
• Strong direct-to-owner sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop commercial construction opportunities and new business.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, GCs, and key decision-makers.
• Pursue design-build and negotiated projects.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through project award.
• Leverage your existing book of business and industry relationships.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams.
