Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is partnering with an established commercial mechanical contractor to hire a Service Sales / Account Manager in the Minneapolis area. You will drive new business and manage key accounts for HVAC and plumbing service offerings, including maintenance agreements.

The ideal candidate is a hunter with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, comfortable prospecting and building a sales pipeline. Prior HVAC or plumbing sales is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• HVAC or plumbing service sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to develop new accounts and maintain relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and sell HVAC and plumbing service maintenance agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, and commercial customers.
• Identify prospective accounts, generate leads, and develop a consistent sales pipeline.
• Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities to expand existing business.
• Serve as primary contact between customers and internal teams.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and networking.
