Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is partnering with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor seeking a results-driven Construction Account Executive in Minnesota.

You will pursue commercial construction opportunities, build relationships with owners, developers, and GCs, and expand the project pipeline through design-build and negotiated opportunities. In this role, you’ll manage opportunities from initial contact through award, leverage an existing book of business, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Proven commercial construction sales experience.
• Established book of business and industry relationships.
• Experience with negotiated and/or design-build projects preferred.
• Strong direct-to-owner sales experience.
• Ability to independently develop and close business.
• Engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial construction opportunities and new business.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, GCs, and key decision-makers.
• Pursue design-build and negotiated projects.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through project award.
• Leverage your existing book of business and industry relationships.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams.
