Job summary

HB Home Services, LLC, a multi-location service leader, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations in Harleysville, PA and Manville, NJ. You will lead managers, drive customer experience, and ensure financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive operational leadership.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with P&L management and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
• HVAC, plumbing, home services, trades, or field service preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across both locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational managers and teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction and a consistent 5-star customer experience.
• Monitor P&L performance, revenue, expenses, and operating results.
• Establish and track operational goals and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery.
• Partner with HR, Sales, Accounting, Safety, Marketing, Dispatch, Customer Care, and Warehouse teams.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong talent.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, employee ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives and business growth.
