Legacy Service Partners in Belford, NJ is seeking a General Manager to lead the C&C Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric brand. You will oversee daily operations, drive growth, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

This role requires strong financial management, leadership, and the ability to manage a local P&L while aligning with safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an operational leadership role, preferably in home services.
• Proven ability to manage a robust P&L and lead high-performance teams.
• Strong leadership, financial budgeting, and analysis skills.
• Excellent decision-making under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and software systems to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational execution plans to drive growth and expand market share.
• Own the local P&L and manage overall financial performance for the brand.
• Oversee and drive efficiency across sales, service delivery, dispatch, installation, marketing and warehousing.
• Optimize labor capacity and margins through scheduling and call allocations.
• Collaborate with platform resources to improve marketing, warehousing, fleet, and vendor management.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting continuous improvement and customer focus.
• Participate in recruitment and support professional development of employees.
• Champion customer-centric service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and safety protocols.
