HB Home Services is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and performance for our Harleysville, PA and Manville, NJ locations. This senior role drives team development, customer experience, financial results, and operational excellence in a fast-paced service environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive leadership, with experience managing managers, P&L, and multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers and cross-location teams.
• Experience with P&L management and financial performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
• HVAC, plumbing, home services or field service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across two locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational managers and teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction and 5-star experience.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and operating results.
• Establish and track KPIs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, Accounting, Safety, Marketing, Dispatch, and Warehouse.
• Recruit and retain top talent; promote safety and ownership culture.
• Support growth initiatives and business improvements.
