Job summary

HB Home Services, a division of HB Global, seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead operations in Harleysville, PA and Manville, NJ. You will develop leaders, ensure a 5-star customer experience, and drive efficiency across two locations.

This senior role requires 5+ years of operational leadership, experience managing managers, and strong P&L analytics. You will align teams with safety, quality, and growth objectives while partnering with HR, Sales, Accounting, and Dispatch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers and operational teams.

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, trades, or field service preferred.
• Multi-location leadership experience preferred.
