HB Home Services is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for Harleysville, PA and Manville, NJ. This role drives team development, customer experience, and financial performance in a fast-paced service environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of operational leadership, a strong P&L mindset, and a customer-focused approach. Bachelor’s preferred but not required; valid driver’s license is essential. Enjoy an ESOP-driven culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing managers and multi-location teams.
• Experience with P&L management and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• HVAC, plumbing, home services, trades, or field service experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational managers and teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction and a 5-star experience.
• Monitor P&L, revenue, expenses, and operating results.
• Establish and track KPIs and operational goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, Accounting, Safety, Marketing, Dispatch, Customer Care, and Warehouse teams.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong talent.
• Promote safety, accountability, employee ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives and business growth.
