Zaddy Solutions in Los Angeles is seeking a General Manager to own the HVAC/plumbing division’s operations and financial performance. You will manage field technicians, dispatch, and P&L, while driving safety, profitability, and growth across commercial maintenance contracts and residential plans.

As a hands-on leader, you will optimize workflows, mentor licensed plumbers and office staff, and develop pricing strategies to hit gross margin targets.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management in construction
• HVAC and general construction experience
• CA driver's license and clean DMV record
• Strong communication, organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
• Journeyman/Master Plumber license is a plus

Responsabilités

• P&L ownership: manage the division's budget and pricing to hit gross margin targets
• Lead licensed plumbers and office staff; foster accountability and safety
• Oversee dispatching, scheduling, and workflows to maximize efficiency
• Develop sales strategies for maintenance contracts and market share
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes to protect brand reputation
