Job summary

Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical in Southern California is seeking a Dispatcher to ensure a smooth scheduling and dispatch process for technicians and clients. The role requires highly organized, detail oriented professionals with knowledge of the Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical trades.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch/customer experience in a trades environment is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of dispatch experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• ServiceTitan Experience - Strongly Preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
• Inform customers of the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.
• Enter data into the company's dispatch and customer management systems.
• Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.
