HD Air in Springfield, MA is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our growing HVAC and Plumbing team. This role schedules and dispatches technicians, optimizes routes, answers calls from existing customers, and ensures accurate ticket data entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years office/customer service experience required.
• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and schedule work and think on your feet.
• Strong teamwork and computer skills with scheduling/dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians by reviewing and optimizing routes.
• Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all ticket information is entered correctly.
• Create dispatch numbers for all parts ordered and follow up on part orders.
• Schedule appointments for parts installation.
