Job summary

Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical in Southern California is seeking a Dispatcher to ensure a smooth scheduling and dispatch process for technicians and clients. The role requires highly organized, detail oriented professionals with knowledge of the Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical trades.

• Previous dispatch/customer experience in a trades environment is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of dispatch experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• ServiceTitan Experience - Strongly Preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
• Inform customers of the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.
• Enter data into the company's dispatch and customer management systems.
• Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Dispatcher

As the Dispatcher for Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling and dispatch process for both our technicians and clients. This role is critical in streamlining the service and installation process. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of the Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical industry.

Pay Transparency

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$22/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
