Mauzy in Escondido, CA is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling for our technicians and clients in the HVAC, plumbing and electrical trades. You will manage service calls, maintenance and emergency repairs, balancing urgency with technician availability while keeping customers informed of ETA and status.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with 2+ years of dispatch or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

This role is critical in streamline the service and installation process. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of the Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$22/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
