Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, or construction estimating.
• Proven success in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with estimating software, Excel, and general Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales by identifying opportunities with general contractors, facility managers, building owners, and industrial clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to grow repeat and long-term business.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Build a strong pipeline by networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events.
