Job summary

Jobot in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HVAC Project Sales professional to promote our HVAC projects and maintenance, leveraging in-depth system knowledge to meet sales targets. A bachelor's is preferred; 3+ years outside sales in commercial HVAC and CRM proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in the commercial HVAC sector within the Construction industry.
• Proven track record in outside sales, account management, and territory management.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to promote our HVAC projects/maintenance, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients within an assigned territory to ensure future sales.
• Monitor the market, competitor products, and activities, and adjust your sales strategies as needed to maximize sales results.
• Use your excellent negotiation skills to close sales deals and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
