Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Owner Account Executive to drive service sales with building owners, mainly at the Director level, and to advance long-term partnerships and managed account growth. You will promote our service offerings through technical solutions and strong relationships.

You will identify opportunities, position renewable service agreements, and expand our portfolio within existing accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum six years of progressive field sales experience.
• At least one year of sales experience in HVAC or building automation service/projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence account decision makers at key levels.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to owners and decision makers, with a focus on Director-level relationships.
• Build, manage, and expand long-term partnerships with target and managed accounts.
• Position renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, as part of the customer relationship strategy.
• Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities on a monthly basis.
• Expand the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls offerings within existing accounts.
• Focus on services and retrofits that help improve the existing building and support customer business objectives.
