Job summary

Engineered Building Systems, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Outside Account Executive to develop trusted relationships with mechanical engineers, contractors, and building owners in the Buffalo area.

This role combines technical HVAC know-how with strategic account development to drive long-term growth. The successful candidate will manage complex sales pipelines, deliver tailored HVAC solutions, and participate in solution design while aligning with pricing structures and sales processes for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
Minimum 5 years in Commercial HVAC sales engineering.
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with mechanical engineers, contractors, and building owners.
Drive growth through strategic account planning and targeted business development.
Manage commercial accounts with focus on long-term satisfaction and retention.
Ensure profitability by adhering to pricing structures and established sales processes.
Understand customer requirements to deliver tailored HVAC solutions.
