Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in commercial HVAC solutions.

This outside sales role focuses on replacement, retrofit, service agreements, and leasing programs, delivering tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships with customers and channel partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with proven B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in account growth and managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC concepts and applications.
• Ability to read product data and understand job costing/profit margins.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Aufgaben

• Grow revenue through new business development and networking.
• Expand relationships with existing accounts and identify upgrades/service contracts/leasing opportunities.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and uncover customer needs for HVAC solutions.
• Develop and present proposals, explaining technical information and leasing options.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets across revenue growth, service contracts, and leasing program adoption.
• Performs similar/other duties as assigned.
