Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Capable of independent work and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepares quarterly financial forecasts and monthly updates; ensures contract alignment with financial goals.
• Leads a team of technical employees and maintains trained workforce.
• Manages overall contract operations including maintenance and subcontracts.
• Evaluates project operations to control expenses and maintain maintenance standards.
• Provides direction and supervision to staff on tasks.
