Responsibilities

• Prepares quarterly financial forecasts and monthly updates; ensures contract meets requirements and financial goals.
• Leads a team of technical employees; maintains a trained, disciplined workforce.
• Manages overall operations of the contract, including daily operations and maintenance; administers subcontracts.
• Evaluates and ensures efficient operation of the project; controls expenses per maintenance practices and requirements.
• Provides administrative and technical direction to staff; plans major project assignments.
