Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor, is seeking a seasoned contract manager to oversee complex client engagements.

This role plans, organizes, directs, and controls all contract functions, including daily operations, maintenance, and project budgets; leads a technical team and coordinates subcontractors to deliver on commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing HVAC projects.
• Experience submitting proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors.
• Strong Windows and MS Office skills.
• Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to lead groups and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control contract functions.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and reimbursable projects.
• Manage contract budget and supervision of project personnel.
• Coordinate procurement of supplies and maintain inventory.
• Ensure safety program and regulatory compliance.
• Develop training sessions for employees.
• Liaise with architects, engineers and contractors on projects.
