Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. seeks a contract operations leader to oversee all contract functions with clients, managing daily operations, maintenance, and project work. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure performance aligns with contractual and financial goals.

The role requires ​​bachelor-level engineering/construction background, 2+ years HVAC project management experience, and strong client relations and planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction disciplines required.
• Strong proposal writing and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Experience coordinating site contractors and preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepares quarterly financial forecasts and monthly updates for contracts.
• Leads a team of technical employees and maintains a trained workforce.
• Manages daily operations, maintenance, and subcontract administration.
• Plans and delegates major project assignments to supervisory staff.
• Ensures facility upkeep including HVAC, safety, and grounds.
• Coordinates purchases, inventory, and supplier/service sources.
• Maintains records and develops staff training; enforces safety programs.
