Job summary

You will manage budgets, schedules, safety, subcontractor coordination, and change orders, coordinating with engineers, field staff, and the client to deliver projects on time and within scope. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of mechanical/project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of HVAC, Controls, and Plumbing Project Management experience.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control complex projects.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of the project.
• Prepares monthly financial forecasts and updates, ensuring contract adherence to financial goals.
• Manages overall contract operations including schedule, cost control, staffing, and communications.
• Ensures safety program adherence and coordination with site safety personnel.
• Liaises with owner, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment.
