Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction discipline.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects.
• Experience submitting written proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors.
• Strong experience with Windows and MS Office.
• Demonstrated skill at developing and nurturing client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Capable of organizing and leading groups of people.
• Ability to walk throughout a large facility including stairs and catwalks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares quarterly financial forecasts and updates; ensures contract alignment with financial goals.
• Leads a team of technical employees and maintains a trained workforce.
• Manages operations of the contract including daily operations and maintenance.
• Evaluates project efficiency and controls expenses per maintenance practices and contract.
• Provides administrative and technical direction to staff on assignments.
• Plans and delegates major project tasks to supervisory staff.
