Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in HVAC or field service environments.
• Strong track record driving accountability and customer service.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining field teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Lansing market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC professionals to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive department growth through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing top HVAC talent.
• Build a high-performing culture centered around accountability, quality, safety, and customer experience.
• Own daily field operations by setting priorities, removing obstacles, and driving execution.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership, sales, dispatch, and support teams to align operational execution with business objectives.
• Ensure quality workmanship, efficient material usage, and timely completion of jobs.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field audits, and job site visits to support technician development and maintain quality standards.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of service concerns. Drive accountability around safety, compliance, permitting, and company standards.
• Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to support continued growth across the department.
