Legacy Heating and Air, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Sales Manager to lead the Greater Elkhart area service and sales operations.

You will build high-performing teams, drive revenue, and enhance customer experience through coaching and process improvements. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership of service technicians and comfort advisors, with accountability for KPIs, scheduling efficiency, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing service, sales, operations, or field-based teams.
• Proven ability to drive team performance, accountability, and revenue growth.
• Strong coaching and employee development skills.
• Experience managing KPIs and implementing process improvements.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Drive service, maintenance, and replacement sales performance across the operation.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, average ticket, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and ongoing coaching to support employee development.
• Partner with dispatch and operations teams to maximize scheduling efficiency and productivity.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure exceptional service recovery when needed.
• Perform job site visits and quality assurance inspections.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts for service team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operating best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
