Home services or field-based leadership is welcome. The ideal candidate will own daily field operations, drive KPI-driven growth, and partner with sales, dispatch, and support teams to align operations with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in HVAC or related field service.
• Experience leading teams and delivering measurable results.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing field teams.
• Strong problem solving and decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing operational metrics and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar platforms.
• On-site hands-on leadership in Lansing market.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet performance goals and deliver service.
• Drive department growth through recruiting, onboarding, and development.
• Build a culture focused on accountability, quality, safety, and customer experience.
• Own daily field operations by setting priorities and removing obstacles.
• Monitor KPIs to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership, sales, dispatch, and support teams.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of jobs.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field audits, and site visits.
• Manage customer escalations and prompt resolutions.
• Drive safety, permitting, and company standards.
• Develop scalable systems and processes for growth.
